Trip Protection Policy

At Cruise Control Transportation, we understand that flight schedules are unpredictable right now due to the government shutdown and other travel disruptions. Our goal is to make your transportation booking worry-free and flexible.

🕒 Standard Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before your reservation date will receive a full refund for any reason.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your travel date are non-refundable unless Trip Protection has been purchased (see below).

✅ Optional Trip Protection Add-On

To give our passengers extra peace of mind, we now offer an optional Trip Protection Add-On at checkout.

For a small additional fee (of $15 per booking ), Trip Protection allows you to receive a full refund if your flight is officially canceled or rescheduled.
If you are on a shared shuttle and your flight is delayed past 11:45am we will issue you a refund or offer you a private shuttle that will be at the airport when you land.
To qualify, travelers must provide proof of airline flight cancellation (such as an email or screenshot from the airline).
Refunds or credits will be processed within 1 business days of documentation being received.
The $15 fee for Trip Protection is non refundable

✈️ Government or Airline-Related Cancellations

If you did not purchase Trip Protection but your flight was canceled due to an official government shutdown or airline-initiated disruption, you will still be eligible for a 100% travel credit valid for 24 months from your original travel date.
